What's New?

Update on our ear piercing policy: We do this  for our patients aged 6 months and older and the child must have had their 2, 4 and 6 month vaccines.  We use a gun, not a hollow needle and we don't do cartilage piercings.  Reminder that it is 40$ cash or visa payable at the time of service.
Measles is highly contagious as you have heard, but the vaccine given at ages 1 and 4 is very effective (approximately 95%) in providing complete immunity. Children under 1 year have partial immunity from their mother but if you are planning a trip to the Vancouver/Portland area int he near future with an infant please contact your Pediatrician.
In order to have your sports form completed, the Providers need the history portion completed by you or your child.
You may now access your child's immunization record that many school districts require.  Go to our Forms tab and see the CIS form for instructions.
Please read about our new vaccine policy beginning January, 2016Our goal is to protect children who are either too young to be vaccinated or have compromised immune systems from being exposed to preventable illnesses.
